Contra Costa Firefighters Recognized for Lifesaving Actions


Firefighters from Contra Costa County Fire Protection District were recognized for their lifesaving efforts in October when they entered a burning residence in Concord and rescued two women. Fire Captains Chris Leimpeter, Chris Christensen and Firefighter Nick Long were honored by the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors today at their board meeting.
