400+ Bikes Delivered to Local Kids and Families


Over 400+ tricycles, push bikes, and bikes complete with helmets delivered to local kids and families on Tuesday, December 20th. Many happy kids with big smiles this holiday season. CCCFPD Fire Stations Now Accepting New & Unwrapped Toys for USMC Toys for Tots Program

Once again, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program will be collecting new, unwrapped toys and new stuffed animals at all 28 fire stations throughout Contra Costa County. Donations can be left at any fire station up through December 20th. Bikes for Tykes Charity Program


The Contra Costa County Firefighters have raised and donated money and items to support our organization for the last 20 plus years. Our Bikes for Tykes program began with an engine company crew in Martinez rebuilding bikes for some of the less fortunate neighborhood children and giving them away at Christmas. Ove the years the program has grown to giving out nearly 500 new and reconditioned bicylces to various organizations, schools, and local children, as well as Children's Hospital Oakland. T...
